Golden Distillery

Zlatý Distillery is an exceptional residential project that combines the industrial atmosphere of the original complex with modern urban housing. The whole complex works with a generous amount of glazing, which placed high demands on the strength, thermal insulation and aesthetics of individual elements.

For windows and doors was chosen aluminium system SULKO OPTIMumthat meets the requirements of stability, long service life and clean architectural lines. Thanks to this, the interiors are bright, energy-efficient and give an open impression.

The project is further supplemented sliding systems facilitating the connection of the interior with the outdoor areas and providing comfortable operation even under high loads. A significant part of the implementation are also Glazed facade structureswhich form the essential architectural motif of the entire complex.

The total area of all glazed elements in the project reaches approximately 1190 sq.ft, which underlines the scope of implementation as well as the emphasis on light, transparency and timeless appearance of the entire complex. All elements are executed in a modern shade RAL 7016 with fine structurethat unifies the visual character of the project and supports its industrial aesthetic.
