Protection of personal data

By granting this consent to the processing of personal data, you consent to Sulko, s.r.o., IČ: 47976969, with its registered office at Česoslovenské Armédy 981/41, 78901 Zářeh na Moravě (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”) to process your personal data in accordance with the following conditions.

Scope of processing of your personal data

The Controller will process your personal data to the extent that you have provided it. The administrator will mainly process the name, surname, email, telephone number, address of residence.

Purpose of processing your personal data

The Controller will process your personal data for the purpose of creating a price offer, processing an e-shop order, marketing analysis. Furthermore, the controller will process your personal data for the purpose of providing and offering products and services, including sending commercial communications within the meaning of Act No. 480/2004 Coll.

Legal basis for the processing of personal data

The legal basis for the processing is your consent and the fact that your personal data is necessary for the fulfillment of individual purposes. Personal data are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation — Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.4.2016 - (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”).

The period during which your personal data will be processed

The controller will process your personal data in connection with the purpose of providing the offer of products and services, including sending commercial communications, creating an offer or later contacting you. The consent is granted for 2 years, unless you withdraw this consent. In case of conclusion of a contractual relationship, the period is extended to a period of 10 years from the signing of the contract.

Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data

You can revoke your voluntarily granted consent to the processing of personal data at any time, free of charge, by sending an email to: gdpr@sulko.cz. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on the consent given prior to its withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent also does not affect the processing of personal data processed by the controller on the basis of a legal basis other than consent.

Persons with access to your personal data

Your personal data will have access to the controller, its employees and, where appropriate, third parties — processors whose processing meets all the requirements of the GDPR and which will adequately protect your rights and your personal data.

Your rights related to the protection of your personal data

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, correct or supplement your personal data, request restriction of processing, object or complaint to the processing of personal data, request the transfer of data, access to your personal data, be informed about the violation of personal data security, erasure and other rights provided for in the GDPR.

Right to object

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data if the controller processes it for direct marketing purposes. An objection must be filed with the administrator. In the event that you object to the processing for direct marketing purposes, the controller will not further process the personal data to this extent unless it demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for processing that outweigh your interests or rights and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. More information on this right is contained in Article 21 of the GDPR.

Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority

At any time, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal data or the non-fulfillment of the controller's obligations under the GDPR. The supervisory authority in the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection, headquartered in Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.cz.

Consequences of failure to provide personal data

You provide your personal data on a completely voluntary basis. You have no obligation to provide them. If you do not provide your personal data, you do not face any penalties. However, if you do not provide personal data to the controller, he will not be able to process the offer, send individual business messages.
