Detached House Venice

The owners of the original farmhouse in Venice opted for a complete renovation in order to preserve the character of the country estate, but at the same time bring the current standard of housing. When choosing window fillings, they were looking for a solution that would be aesthetically clean, durable and in harmony with traditional architecture as well as new materials.

The choice fell on SULKO Synego in a favorite decor Alux DB703which combines a modern look with a subtle metallic tone and fits very well into the farmhouse environment. Both windows and doors add harmony to the building while offering thermal efficiency and reliable functional properties.

Part of the project were also Sliding Assembliesthat open the living space towards a carefully designed garden and allow owners to enjoy the interconnection of the interior with the outdoor environment to the fullest. Photos from the installation show the demanding construction conditions — access through muddy terrain — but everything was realized with high quality and in the required scale.

The result is modern but at the same time authentic housing that respects the history of the place and offers comfort that owners can count on every day.
