Cooperation with HZS

Even before this training, firefighters from Zabre visited us directly in the production. During the tour, we showed them the process of manufacturing plastic and aluminum windows and doors, introduced different types of fittings and introduced them to the properties and types of glass. The aim was to bring them closer to the design solutions they may encounter during interventions and to enable them to better understand our products.
This visit was followed by training, which took place at the station of the Fire Rescue Service in Zábork. He focused on different ways of entering enclosed spaces, with the aim of getting inside as quickly as possible and at the same time with as little damage as possible.
For this training, we provided plastic and aluminum windows and doors with different types of glazing. Firefighters could try their hand at overcoming real structures — from traditional methods to using modern technology, such as Cobra's Cold Cut System, which cuts materials using a water jet.
Similar actions confirm the importance of cooperation between manufacturers of building elements and components of the integrated rescue system. Practical verification of the resilience and behavior of products in crisis situations helps both parties — rescuers get realistic training and manufacturers valuable information for further development.
SULKO thanks the Fire Rescue Service of the Olomouc Region for the opportunity to cooperate and looks forward to further joint projects.
