The product range of ProfiAl contains a multi-chamber thermal bridge completely filled with Aerogel which improves the already very proficient parameters of the profiles even more and thus pushes them even closer to perfection. The final thermal insulating properties of this profile range, therefore, tend to appeal to customers of the highest demands for thermal insulating elements. As a consequence, the product presents the perfect alternative for both energy-sustainable and passive houses while having the heat passage coefficient of Uw 0,77 W/m2K as the perfect proof of it all.

Quadruple glazing

Quadruple glazing ensures the ultimate thermal insulating system of the profile together with HeatMirror glass with embedded foil and as a result, to reach even more enhanced thermal insulating properties.

SULKO ProfiAl Product Description

These windows match the requirements of customers with high demands concerning top design and energy savings. SULKO ProfiAl contains thermal bridges fully embedded with Aerogel which guarantees maximum thermal insulation. Thanks to this, the SULKO ProfiAl reaches thermal transmittance of Uw up to 0,77 W/m2K and its heat passage coefficient of the frame of Uf up to 0,98 W/m2K. It is specified as an aluminium system with its construction depth of 77 mm and visible height of from 50,5 mm.

This product is especially suited to either energy-sustainable houses or passive houses. Nevertheless, its use can also be extended to commercial properties of high requirements regarding thermal insulating properties.

SULKO ProfiAl comes with stop-seal system in black colour and standard glazing strips which are of a contemporary sloped design.

ProfiAl features thermal bridges and Aerogel-space filled around the glass which provides outstanding thermal insulating value. Due to the combination of triple glazing units this may reach the value of Uw=0,77 W/m2K.

5-range seal system profile

The seal system between the frame and casement comes with 5 levels which ensures maximum tightness of the window.

Triple or quadruple glazing units

The ProfiAl range normally comes with triple glazing units. However, double and quadruple glazing is also available.
